Rules for accessing the website, submitting an application and using published materials.
By using the website or submitting an application, a user confirms that they have read the applicable terms. An application does not guarantee admission, funding or an agreement.
1. Website owner and purpose
The website is operated by Institution “Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University”, BIN 990440008043, through YASAWI STARTUP and the Commercialization Office. It provides information about programs, projects and events and allows users to submit applications.
2. Applications
Criteria, dates and capacity depend on the program. The operator may request clarification, invite an applicant to an interview, reject an incomplete or inaccurate application, or close admissions.

- free-text fields must not contain unlawful content, malicious code, another person's data without a lawful basis, or protected secrets;
- the sender must be the applicant or a legal representative;
- a submission is an application for review and not a participation agreement.
3. Program participation
Admission, schedule, format, party obligations, conduct rules, certificates, grants, investment and other terms are confirmed in a separate notice or agreement. Website information is not a promise of investment, a guarantee of commercial results or a public offer unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Applicant ideas and materials
Rights in an idea, project description and other materials remain with their owner. By submitting, the user grants the operator a limited, non-exclusive right to view and internally reproduce the materials solely to assess the application and organize the program.
These terms do not authorize public publication of applicant materials or transfer exclusive rights to the University. Joint-development and intellectual-property terms must be agreed separately before relevant work begins.
5. Website materials
Texts, design, logos, photographs, software and the selection of materials are protected by law and belong to the University or their respective owners. They may be viewed and quoted to the extent allowed by law with attribution. Commercial copying or use of marks requires the owner's permission.
6. External links
The site may link to University, partner and social-media resources. Their owners independently determine content, availability and data practices. Users should read the relevant documents before providing data on a third-party resource.
7. Availability and accuracy
The operator aims to keep information current and the website available but may perform maintenance and correct errors. Legally significant terms of a specific program are confirmed by an individual notice or agreement. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by the laws of Kazakhstan.
8. Personal data
Personal data is processed under the Personal Data Processing Policy and the Consent to Collect and Process Personal Data. These documents form part of the application terms.
9. Changes
The operator may update these terms with a new date and version. Changes do not expand an existing data-processing consent without new consent where the law requires it.
10. Governing law and contact
The laws of Kazakhstan govern the relationship. Questions and claims may be sent to yassawi_commerc@ayu.edu.kz. The parties will first seek to resolve disputes through negotiation while retaining the right to contact a competent authority or court.
11. Languages
The terms are available in Kazakh, Russian, English and Turkish. The Kazakh and Russian texts are intended for official use; English and Turkish are convenience translations.
