MVP / Prototype
Build a minimum viable product, run HADI cycles and test critical hypotheses.
A working prototype03Weeks 9–12
Go-to-Market
Sales channels, pilots, LOIs, first customers, financial model and Demo Day preparation.
Market interest and a development planDeepTech & Science track
From research to a pilot launch.
